WHAT IS A TERRARIUM?
A Terrarium is a transparent, sealed container in which plants are grown. It is popularly known to be self-sustaining/Ecosystem in a jar. Check out this link to further understand how it works and you'll be amazed by how wonderful it is to own a piece of Plant Art.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TERRARIUM?
Terrariums are like Ecosystems in a jar. These are some of the following tips that are helpful in maintaining your terrarium.

Spray bottles are preferable in watering your terrarium. Misting should be enough to keep it moist or damp.

Use Deionized, reverse osmosis, rain, or distilled water. Tap water may cause a build-up of minerals in your terrarium.

Make sure it gets an abundant amount of light. No direct sunlight and definitely not next to a window where direct sunlight is beaming through.

If there is too much condensation, open the lid for air to circulate. it will get rid of the extra moisture and will let your plants breathe as well. You may do so in about a few hours.

Molding may occur and it's best that you get rid of it early on. Do so by wiping obvious mold formation with a tool and be careful not to spread it. Check on dead foliage as mold can often grow on them.

We are happy to deliver in the Christchurch area. Pick-up is also available.

Most of our terrariums are designed uniquely. However, you are more than welcome to suggest an idea and we'll do our best to get it done.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Misty Garden is a newly opened small business. We accept cash and money transfer.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since Terrarium is fragile good, we try our best to deliver it in one piece. However, if you received it damaged upon delivery, kindly notify us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
DOU YOU ACCEPT PRE-ORDER?
Absolutely! Deliveries also go by schedule so this will be a good way to order if you are aiming at a specific day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
If the delivery has been made and you simply changed your mind and would like a refund or exchange, we apologize but this term does not apply in our small business. Unless the Terrarium was damaged upon delivery, then we'll try to resolve it.
